Controversy
Shahzeb Rizvi made the headlines when he announced a bounty of 51 lakh rupees on Naveen’s head who is the nephew of the Karnataka Congress MLA R Akhanda Srinivas Murthy. This incident took place after Naveen’s controversial Facebook post in which he was insulting Prophet Muhammad.
After this post, a Muslim mob came out on the road in Bangalore and attacked two police stations and injured several policemen. In a reply to Naveen’s post Shahzeb Rizvi posted a video message in which he stated that whoever beheads Naveen for his insulting post for Prophet Muhammad will be rewarded a bounty of 51 lakhs.
After this incident police officials ordered a probe in this matter. The police started the investigation in the case after the orders and as per reports, they will register a case soon against him.
