After winning the award Mr. Disale stated that he would share 50 percent of his winning prize with other teachers also as according to him teachers are the real change-makers in the world.
He has always wanted to be an IT engineer since childhood, but his journey in college was not good and did not work according to him. After that, his father suggested him to pursue his career in the teaching profession and that works for him as his teacher training in college proved to be a life-changing event in his life.

After working there for some time Ranjitsinh Disale realized that most of the student’s native language is Kannada and they found it difficult to achieve expected learning outcomes.
After that Ranjitsinh redesigned all the textbooks and bring on a new transformation in QR coded embedded audio poems, video lectures, stories, and assignments in Kannada. He also won Wipro Nature for Society for using the QR code technology.
These brilliant efforts done by Ranjitsinh proved to be a reward for the school as the school was awarded the Best School for the district in the year 2016 and even the CEO of Microsoft Satya Nadela recognized his talent and appreciated him.
He also communicated his unique methods of teaching with others by writing about 500 newspaper articles and blogs.
He was honored as the Innovative Researcher of the year in the year 2016 by the Central Government of India. He also won the National Innovation Foundation’s Innovator of the Year Award in the year 2018.
