Prachi Tehlan started her career as a netball player and became the captain of the Indian Netball team which represented India in the 2010 Commonwealth Games and other major Asian championship in 2010-2011. She also played basketball for 10 years since she was 13 years old.
She also worked as a corporate professional in the Development Bank of Singapore, Deloitte, Philips, and Accenture. After that, she started her acting career with her appearance on the television screen with the TV serial “Diya Aur Baati Ham” in 2016. After that, she appeared in many TV commercials and a TV serial “Ikyawann” in 2017.
She also made her debut on the big screen and appeared in three movies. She made her debut with the Punjabi movie “Arjan” in 2017 and later on she appeared in the Punjabi movie “Bailaras” in 2017 and the Malayalam movie “Mamangam” in 2019.

Prachi Tehlan received many prestigious awards throughout her sports career as well as acting career. She won a Gold Medal in 54th National Games and Awarded as Sports Women of the Year in 2010 by Jesus and Mary College. Indian Netball Team won the silver medal in 2011 South Asian Beach Games under her captaincy and this was the first-ever medal won by team India at an International level.
Apart from these she also got recognition by different media channels, newspapers, and secured the first position many times during Inter-college basketball tournaments and Under-19 category basketball tournaments.
