Noel Sean started his career as a web designer and worked for a company named Cognizant as a trainee. After that, he made his on-screen debut with his appearance in the Telugu film Sambhavami Yuge Yuge in 2006.
In the same year, he got his first break in the Telugu film Vikramarkudu as a rapper.
Since then he has appeared in many popular Telugu movies inside roles like Mantra, Nenu Meeku Telusa and Magadheera.
Along with his acting career, Noel Sean sang many songs and rap in many Telugu songs like BGOTN, Luv Fever, Bahubali tribute song and many other popular songs.
He also worked as a radio jockey for 93.5 Red FM and gained huge popularity.
In 2010, he also made his television debut with his appearance in the TV reality show “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs” on Zee Telugu as a host. He also hosted the TV show “Kutumbam” on Gemini TV in 2013.
