Qualley started her career as a model. When she was 16, in 2011 she walked for Alberta Ferretti in New York Fashion Week and made a debut in modelling. After that, she ramped in series of shows.
In 20212, she walked in Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer for Valentino and Channel. Once again for Channel, she was seen in Fall/Winter show.
