After that, he was again arrested on 17 December 2014 along with 14 other members of the gang named GS9 in charges with conspiracy to commit murder, reckless endangerment, drug and gun possession.
Later many other charges were held on him and he faced a maximum sentence of 25 years for the drug and gun charges. He was first imprisoned in Rickers Island and was involved in several incidents while incarcerated. On 23 February 2021, Booby was released on parole for good institutional behavior. As per the reports, he will remain under parole till the end of his full sentence on 23 February 2026.
