Career
Kelly Kelly started her career as a model.
In 2006, while working as a model, Blank was contacted by WWE executive John Laurinaitis.
WWE contacted her modeling agency and invited her to an Ohio Valley Wrestling tryout (OVW). Unable to wrestle, she was offered and signed a contract in May 2006.
The OVW’s home city of Louisville, Kentucky, was her first stop after being elevated to the main roster. Her debut fight was on September 6th, when she engaged in an ODB-won women’s battle royal. In late 2007, she appeared in Florida Championship Wrestling, WWE’s new developing area.
Johnson in Piano/Forte wrote, “Kelly is possibly the most natural, dyed-in-the-wool, deep-in-the-bone actress I’ve ever worked with,” which naturally exudes what he felt about Kelly.
Reilly was next cast in The Yalta Game in Dublin in 2001, where she was directed by Karel Reisz.
